European Conference “For an EU commitment to tackling rare diseases”
A conference organised by the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) called "For an EU commitment to tackling rare diseases" took place on 29th November in Budapest.
The abstract presented by ERN-EYE at the European Conference for Rare Diseases (ECRD) earlier this year has been published in the Orphanet Journal of Rare Diseases.
The 7th ERN-EYE Scientific Workshop about "Rare Eye Diseases: scientific breaking news & AI" took place on 21 and 22 November in Madrid and gathered more than 80 ERN-EYE members and experts.
The job involves overseeing the administrative and financial management of ERN-EYE projects, collaborating with partners across the EU, and driving key research and clinical efforts.
The European Rare Diseases Research Alliance (ERDERA) kicks off this September 2024, with the aim of improving the lives of 30 million rare disease patient in Europe and beyond.
This significant achievement is the result of a collaborative effort between four European Reference Networks (ERNs): ERN-EYE, Endo-ERN, ERN Ithaca and ERKNet.
