‘JARDIN’ is a Joint Action on Integration of European Reference Networks (ERNs) into National Healthcare Systems.

It is a three-year European landmark project, co-funded by the European Union and the member states under the EU4Health Programme, that is designed to enhance the impact of the ERNs, and improve integration into healthcare systems.

This will include improving:

• national governance of ERN-HCPs
• quality assurance models
• patient pathways and ERN referral systems
• supporting the formation of national reference networks and undiagnosed disease programs, data management, and national support options for healthcare providers participating in an ERN.
