How to use the speech recognition tool?
The Annual Meeting of the Francophone Society of Ophthalmological Genetics (SGOF) held on 7th and 8th December at the Grand Palais of Lille (France) and gathered more than 100 participants. 41 presentations and conferences took place during the 6 sessions of the meeting. Among them, members of ERN-EYE presented advances in the field of rare sensory diseases. Prof. José-Alain Sahel presented the therapeutic innovations in retinal dystrophies while Prof. Bart Leroy spoke about mild macular dystrophies.
At the same time, the Christian Hamel Prize, created this year in honor of Christian Hamel, Professor at the Rare Diseases Reference Center in Montpellier (France) and founder of the SGOF, was awarded to Pr Hélène Dollfus, for her commitment for many years in ophthalmological genetics and in French and European networks for rare diseases SENSGENE and ERN-EYE.
