Les patients sont pris en charge par une équipe multidisciplinaire dédiée qui les accueille et les guide dans le processus de traitement, comprenant des ophtalmologistes, des orthoptistes et des infirmières spécialisées dans les techniques de diagnostic et de rééducation, des conseillers et des opérateurs d'orientation et de mobilité pour compléter le parcours de qualification/réadaptation, ainsi que pédiatres, audiologistes, neurologues, néphrologues pour le diagnostic et le traitement des formes syndromiques.
