HCP-Zentrum
Als universitäres medizinisches Zentrum investiert das Universitätsklinikum Gent auch in Forschung, Bildung und Ausbildung und arbeitet eng mit der Fakultät für Medizin und Gesundheitswissenschaften der Universität Gent zusammen. Letztere bietet ein breites Spektrum an Studiengängen in Medizin und Gesundheitswissenschaften sowie die damit verbundenen Forschungsaktivitäten an. Die Forschung an der Fakultät ist sehr vielfältig und reicht von Grundlagenforschung (bio)medizinisch bis hin zu translationaler und klinischer akademischer Forschung. Kliniker und medizinisches Fachpersonal werden kontinuierlich geschult und Forscher, darunter Kliniker und Wissenschaftler, erforschen viele neue diagnostische und therapeutische Ansätze.
